1 Why buy from Redtsquash.com?
We take great care when selecting our high quality garments and suppliers and we insist on a top level of quality control throughout the manufacturing and shipping process of all our orders.
Our goal is a loyal and satisfied customer base that has confidence in us, our website and customer service.
Payments are made on a secure server environment through a major payment service provider to give you piece of mind and confidence see 2 How secure is my transaction?
If you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, let us know what the problem is and we will do what we can to find
a satisfactory solution.

2 How secure is my transaction?
Once you proceed to the checkout stage of your order you will be informed that you are entering a secure area and you should see
a padlock symbol appear, usually at the bottom of your browser window. This lets you know that you are in a secure environment for you to enter your details and complete your order.
We use Paypal to handle our on-line transactions, one of the largest and well-known providers of global, multi currency on-line transactions.
Information transmitted online is encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations and digitally signed protocol. The Paypal select payment gateway uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. All communication between the shopper and Paypal is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper’s browser using TLS or SSL (security). Paypal’s public web servers ensure shoppers that confidential information is secure. Paypal work with banking institutions all over the world constantly adapting to new levels of customer service and security.

3 Privacy, Data Protection and Cookies
We respect your privacy. There are UK laws in place such as the Data Protection Act to protect your privacy.
You may view our site without entering any personal information. If you wish to place an order or send an E-mail to us we will require specific information to enable us to respond to your E-mail or process your order, ship your goods correctly and any follow up.
To answer any E-mail query we will require your name and E-mail address. To complete your order we will require your name; cardholders address for shipping, payment method details, telephone number (if available) and E-mail address.
We do not agree with “Spam” or junk mail and we will not give, loan or sell information you provide to any third parties.
Unless you have specifically requested to be on our mailing list we will not hold or store your personal details any longer than required for the purpose it was collected for as specified by the Data Protection Act.
The Redtsquash.com website uses ‘Cookies’. As you navigate our website and place an order the server sends data files to your web browser. These are known as ‘cookies’ & contain simple text data, which keep track of the products you have placed in your shopping basket and act as markers as you navigate the website and it’s various links and pages. If you open your ‘Temporary Internet Files’ folder (windows) you can see the cookies. The ‘help’ menu, which is accessible from the menu bar of most web browsers, will give you more information about cookies.

4 What happens when I place an order?
Once you have selected your items and proceeded to check out, you are taken to a secure server provided by Payapl. This means your personal and financial details are protected. Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive an E-mail from Paypal confirming the transaction amount; however, this does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. Paypal then inform us of the details of your request and where to deliver the order. We then issue a separate email to you from Redtsquash.com, letting you know the order has been received, confirming the status of your order and if it is complete and accepted stating when it will be dispatched. An order is deemed complete if all requested information throughout the ordering process has been entered correctly, the transaction has been approved and the Terms and Conditions of Redtsquash.com agreed. Goods will not be dispatched until the customer’s credit/debit card has been verified. If an order is deemed incomplete, Redtsquash.com will contact the customer to request the missing information. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Our goal is to process, select, pack and have your order with our couriers within 14 days of receipt of your order at Redtsquash.com (excluding Sunday’s). If for any reason an item is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible. We will offer an alternative delivery date, arrange a refund or an alternative product.
Your order is important to us and we will keep you informed of the fulfillment process from receipt to dispatch. Once your order has left Redtsquash.com and is on its way, we will send you an email confirming shipping/dispatch.

5 Your order request / Invitation to treat
We aim to ensure that our stock and prices are displayed correctly, however it is possible that we may make a price or descriptive error. The prices and information displayed on the Redtsquash.com website are “An invitation to treat” only. If for example an item has been wrongly priced or incorrectly described in any way we reserve the right to refuse the request to purchase the item.
If this happens we will send you an email requesting you place a new order at the correct price. Any payments received by our payment service provider for items that were incorrectly displayed will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6 Order refund, return, exchange, cancellation and guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Occasionally a problem may arise, if one does, we will do our best to rectify it.
Our goal is simple, to achieve a high level of customer service to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchase and the transaction process.
Having placed an order it may be that you change your mind and wish to cancel, this is known as a “cooling off period”. In order for us to deal with your request it is important that you let us know as soon as possible.
You can contact us by E-mail quoting your order number, this can be found on the order confirmation E-mail sent from Redtsquash.com. Or writing to us within 7 working days from the day after the goods were received.
If the order has not been dispatched we will instruct our payment service provider to issue a refund. If the order has already been dispatched you must take reasonable care of the goods and the item must be returned in an unworn/unused condition to us.
If the order is cancelled after the goods have already been sent or the item is to be returned to us, the customer is responsible for the incurred cost of return postage. However, if the goods are damaged or are being returned due to our error, we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to Redtsquash.com using the same or similar delivery services and cost for returns as dispatch. For more information on returning goods from your location to Redtsdquash.com please contact us before returning the goods.
If you cancel an order within the cooling off period, our Banking Services will refund the funds to your account within 30 days of the cancellation process.
If you receive an item that has been damaged or you believe is defective please return the item and enclosed delivery note stating what the problem is.
Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery. For your own protection we advise customers to use recorded/signed for delivery when returning any item to us as we are unable to take responsibility for any item that becomes lost during transit. Once we have received the item and considered your claim we will contact you. Please state if you would prefer a repair, replacement or a refund in the event of a successful claim. Please note we can only issue a refund to the card used to purchase the goods originally.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

7 Stock Levels and alternative products
We do our best to make sure all advertised products are available and in stock. Occasionally an item will be out of stock when this happens we will let you know when the item is expected back in stock or offer an alternative before we send any goods. Any sale and special offer items are available “While stocks last”. This means that once the items are gone, the offer is finished and we will remove the item from the website as soon as possible. If the item has sold out we will let you know and instruct our financial services to refund any payment made.

8 Who do we use for deliveries?

The cost of shipping is included in our prices and for your added security and piece of mind all our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We use Royal Mail “Recorded delivery” to deliver our goods within the UK.

9 Where do we deliver?
Redtsquash.com will ONLY deliver to the credit/debit cardholders registered address.
We do not deliver to third party addresses.
We will send our goods both nationally and internationadelivery priced per country). In the event that our carrier does not deliver in your area we reserve the right to obtain an alternative delivery quotation & contact you before dispatching the order. Any additional shipping fees will be payable by the customer.

10 Import duty and other fees

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any Import Duty or other fees that may be applicable when receiving goods from another country. We advise our customers to be aware of any such fees they may have to pay prior to placing an order with us.

11 Copyright

All our images, including graphics; design; copy & photography are the sole property of Redtsquash and are protected by existing copyright law. We will deal with any infringement of our copyright in a serious manner.
Original artwork, design, layout and so on, are automatically protected in law by “Copyright” this means that no one is allowed to copy any of our works without breaking the law of copyright. Our creative team produces original concepts, illustration, copywriting, web design, products, stationery, and so on. We do not allow anyone to use ANY of our original works without our prior written permission.
We do NOT allow anyone to reproduce our images for ANY personal or commercial gain unless a written prior arrangement has been made between a third party and ourselves.

12 English Law applies

We are located in the United Kingdom and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that if any issue needs to be resolved in a court of law, we reserve the right to insist that the British legal system and courts are used exclusively to settle any dispute including any involving overseas customers.

Redtsquash.com will not be held liable for any damages or compensation of any kind including any direct or indirect loss, incidental, or consequential claims, expenses or damages of any kind including but not limited to claims for lost revenue, profits or any other economic, commercial or personal loss, individual claims and claims of third parties.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
